“I have three hose reels with hoses. The water from each one of them smells putrid when it first comes out. I have checked with our neighbours who also have rain water tanks and their water is fine. The water which comes out of all my other hoses on the property is also tank water so why do your hoses deliver putrid water at first? Other than the smell the reels are fine.”

Since your original purchase, we had redesigned the Hose Connector with Flow Control using different materials and increased ribbing on the lever therefore, we are sure this will resolve any future problems with this product.
