“The lever is a weak link in your product, it is not uv stabilised and breaks down in Sun light you might like to consider a metal unit I have replaced 4 of them in the last 12 months. I consider your hose and fitting top quality this small part is your my only complaint.”
“Well I must admit I was somewhat disappointed that both of my hoses with the flow control lever failed after a short term of use obviously from constant weather (Sun) damage from being exposed for long periods of time. However the request for new ones at a very reasonable price was honoured and thus installed with a couple of spares fro future replacement. I have no means of protecting my equipment for Sun damage.”
