We have recently improved the design of the yellow flow control lever which we hope will resolve all these problems, you will see this with the new purchase you have made. Please remember replacement levers are available therefore, no need to replace the entire fitting, you can simply swap out the lever for a new one! Kind regards, The Hoselink Team

“The original hose connector was leaking seriously, so we requested a replacement under guarantee, which when delivered to us was the incorrect part. Another hose connector was sent immediately but we are unable to remove the fitting off the end of the hose. As we have not been able to replace the faulty part yet because of the difficulty in removing the end last component of the hose, we are not able to use the hose without water discharging from the hose connector with flow control.”
Hi Barbara,Thanks for your comments and sorry you had this issue. There are two ways to remove the hose connector from the end of the hose. The best way is just to cut it off as that way you are ensuring you are refitting the new one to a freshly cut piece of hose. Alternatively you can use boiling water to expand the end.
