“Thought this product was a really handy device especially as we have several long retractable hoses and sometimes you want to take the sprayer off without walking all the way back to the tap . A word of caution . Just remember to turn off the supply tap when you leave the hose . I forgot one day and left my hosereel attached to the tap with a piece of hose that was not Hoselinks and didn't turn off the supply tap . During the day the piece of hose split and I lost water . Thankfully it was noticed quite quickly and not much water was lost . On the whole a brilliant product .”

Hi Terry, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Flow Controller. If the water is not shutting off completely then this would indicate that the water flow is going through the connector the wrong way. You need to make sure the Flow Controller is on the Spray Gun end of the hose and the water flow goes through the yellow nut first.
