“This flow control valve works very well, doesn't leak and is easy to operate. I didn't give it full marks because I feel the control could be set finer over the travel range. It takes some getting used to, that all the control is in the last 1/4 of travel of the lever. Having said that, once you adapt to that, it works very well.”
“I love this product, but they have a major weakness. The handle is weak, and not UV resistant. I like them, but I have to keep buying new ones. Spare handles and stronger ones would be appreciated.”
“I recently purchased two Hose Connectors with Flow Control (one for a spare) because I thought it must be causing the leak at the join between it and the Accessory Connector with Swivel (which then connected to the trigger spray gun) because I had only purchased the Accessory Connector with Swivel on January 6 as the original broke. I originally tried replacing o rings in both, then when it still leaked I thought it must be the Hose Connector with Flow Control as it was the original that came with my hose reel. When I connected up one of my new Hose Connectors it still leaked from the join, so I replaced the o rings in both again but it still leaked. I tried a standard Accessory Connector (no swivel) in place of my relatively new one with swivel, and the leaking stopped. It appears I did not need to replace my Hose Connector with Flow Control, so will you send me a replacement Accessory Connector with Swivel as I feel I need this with my Spray Nozzle?”
