“The product is great . I purchased this fitting because the original one has the yellow flow handle broken (the valve is fine) The handles were out of stock. I think the fittings succumb to sunlight a little earlier than I expected. Could you include a receptacle in the reel or the reel cover to allow you to keep the sun off the gun/fittings?.I also bought a long handled car wash brush, great to use but the flow valve fitting broke very easily. I left the valve out when replacing the fitting as I have one in the hose end. Works great.You have a great product, as well as extending your range don’t forget to fix the little things with your existing stuff”
“The original retractable hose connectors leaked and were replaced by your company. When I replaced the hose connector I noticed the stem had been flattened causing the leak. This was probably due to much pressure when crimping the hose onto the connector.”
“I wish the flow control was made out of something more solid. This is the second one I have had in 12 months. I have a cover over my hose but naturally the end of the hose including this part still get sun through out the day, so eventually they snap.”
