“I needed to purchase a connector to replace the one that came installed on my hoselink reel, I'm happy to notice that the new one seemed much more robust than the original one I had.”
“Hose Connector with Flow Control (12mm)This product seems to be very good. Easy to connect and has no problem shutting down the water flow.The 7 setting sprayer repair kit took some time to install the main plunger and despite plenty of silicone oil I had to bash it in with a hammer and tool I had, The Hoselink video showed it all going in like a dream...not so. The O ring replacement was not the same length so I had to stuff that in with lots of oil and hope for the best. Took a couple of hours to get the 7 setting sprayer working. It all seems to be fine now after a frustrating few hours. Been connected back and no drips at all over the last week”

“HiMy experience using your company has been great, although your product is not great. I originally had a leak from the sides with this item, and you replaced it, no questions asked, that was great. Now it is leaking again from the o ring seals, not great. I replaced the o rings but it still leaks. I purchased hose reel with all the connections because your whole sales pitch is no leaks, but I have had constant leaks.ThanksJohn”

“I have had to replace three Hose Connectors with Flow Control. In a very short space of time, the sun seems to dry out the plastic flow control lever then it snaps off or crumbles in your hand. After this, the size of the remaining piece determines how easy it is to operate, if at all. Other than that, the device works as intended. I recommend it because it is useful but on the other hand, I don't recommend it because it is obviously made to a budget and not to last.”
