This hose connector replaces the original and it has worked well so far. The original worked well for about 18 months before internal workings of the flow control broke and could not be replaced.

With a large garden and 3 outside taps, Hoselink has been a blessing. I am now about to order a cover!

The product is ok but it may deteriorate in sunlight which may be the reason mine broke. Your service is terrific. One phone call and the replacement arrived within a couple of working days. Thank you.

I find the ability to be able to control the flow of water at the end of the hose to be convenient for changing from one attachment to another with the tap turned on. Not having to go to the tap, which can be 30 meters away, is great. The only thing I find a little disapointing is the lever that controls the flow becomes brittle after a while in the sun and snaps. Stainless steel perhaps? I like to use small round sprinklers with click on adaptors in confined areas of my garded and when moving the sprinkler to another position I find it convenient to reposition the sprinkler by using the hose to move it without turning the water off at the tap which can be up to 30 meters away. Inveriably the control lever will find its way to the down position and stop the water flow when the sprinlker is being moved over the lawn. If the cutoff lever was positioned so that the current ON position was the OFF position this would negate having to turn the tap off, return the lever to the on position and turn the tap on again. Just a thought.Cheers Jeff

Hi Jeff,Thanks for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. The flow control lever is something our products team is looking into to strengthen so hopefully it's not long before this happens. Your idea of repositioning the lever to the reverse is certainly a good one and I have passed this onto the products team to also look into. Thanks again for your review!Kind Regards,The Hoselink Team
