“I bought my hoselink hose system approximately 5 years ago and it has been fantastic. Recently a small part snapped causing water to leak out of the hose. I contacted hoselink to find out what part I needed to order not expecting them to send me a free part as it was so far out of warranty but to my surprise they did and it’s been great.”
“Unit is fine and works as designed, however, this is the second time I have had to purchase a replacement due to the ball valve support broke. It would seem that the plastic is just not sufficient to restrain the power of the water. The failed part is just a slither of plastic not the whole ball valve. I note others have had similar experience.”
