“I have 3 of your hoses at home and with the exception of this particular accessory I love your products.I have purchased at least 4 of these connectors because I love the concept. 3 of the 4 have broken and the last one is still intact but only because I haven’t used it yet. I gave up and have just been using the standard connector.The flip handle becomes brittle and breaks after a relatively short time.I had hoped that by now you would have addressed the issue and replaced the handle with perhaps a metal one or something like that.Do you have any plans to do so?So unfortunately I have to give this particular accessory a poor rating and would not recommend it.I would however highly recommend your hoses in general.”
