We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the plastic on the ball or the snapping lever.We value your input and are committed to improving our products. These fittings carry a 2 year warranty in which we are very flexible with and is quite concerning the rate that they are having to be replaced. Some general advice that sometimes help is that the fittings are not designed to be dropped or dragged and they are also not designed to have constant water pressure building up when your flow control is turned off. This setting should only ever be used for short periods of time (1 hour or 2 hours max) the tap should then be turned off after use. “We bought a hose and could not connect it to our fitting. On your website you could make clear that if you buy a spray hose and you do not have your fittings you will need to purchase the hose end fitting to connect the spray hose. Now that we have it all set up it works well but the process of understanding what to purchase was confusing.”

“First. I like the fact that it is Australian.I love the hose; it does not kink and it doesn’t ever look like bursting. Likewise the mechanism. Solid; very responsive to locking and unlocking/retraction.Five years on and it is reliable.I recommend rubberising the top of the hose - the selector - because I drop my hose a lot.Likewise the on-off hand switch.
