“Ryan & Vanessa demonstrated high order customer service to get me going. I bent the wand accidentally and was generously given a replacement free of charge.The flow control was defective: one of the dome headed chrome screws had stripped the thread or had been screwed in at the wrong angle, allowing water to burst from the side when the least pressure was applied. Ryan sent a replacement. The wand is very flash and comfortable to use. However the chrome pipe is vulnerable to breakage. It would limit breakages if it was screwed into the handle so that only the pipe need be replaced.. A stronger material would save replacing the handpiece and address the inconvenience when out of action awaiting a replacement rod..Adrian Harrison 0421332461”
