“The products great. Excellent quality and good range. We've been customers for years . But there's been a noticeable drop in customer service over that time. The last order we placed was Sunday morning and we didn't get notified that the goods were dispatched until late on Thursday. That's not good enough in 2023. Most national companies of similar size with bigger inventory dispatch same day for orders placed before midday or next day at worst. It's not Christmas and the pandemic is long gone so there's no excuse. It doesn't matter how good your product is, if you can't deliver it quickly and professionaly people aren't going to be repeat customers.. if it wasn't for the fact that I have several hoses already I wouldn't have ordered again because of how slow the warehouse was.”
“We have two hose reels and both of the ball valves have failed. Replies to reviews suggest its an isolated problem, it's not. There seems to be plenty of customers that have experienced the same issue.I've emailed Hoselink twice now and have never received a reply. I'd rather not keep buying new valve assemblies but I have two hoses to maintain and I'm stuck with them. The one star review is because no one has ever returned an email.”
