“These new connectors seem to be of slightly less quality than the older ones. The ball valve doesn’t look like it opens all the way and the house end connector is difficult to get on without a leak. Never any problems with the old ones.”

“I needed a new hose connecter and I rang Hoselink and they sent me one straight away at there cost plus free postage, I've had to contact them before for other things and they just make it so simple to deal with nothing seems to hard for them. I get the feeling that'll always help so when I have a problem I don't hesitate to ring them up.”
“This is a good product I've used many times it's not perfect though as the on off mechanism can fail with time it's relatively thin and gets brittle with up and age and can eventually snap but of course there's not many plastics that don't”
