“We have two HoseLink retractable systems. The hose reels qre good, they let us extend the hoses as they should and the hoses aer very good quality. But in less than one year the taps for the flow control on both of them coud not be closed properly so we have to turn the main tap off to stop the flow - or buy replacement flow controllers which we have done. But we shouldn't need to replace them after such a short period.”
“It does everything I expected it to - but it turns out it is perfect for use in a hoseline that I use to run several installed driplines. Being able to stop the water flow from a control mechanism at the delivery end is perfect when switching from one drip line to the next. Love it !!!”

“I have these on both of my hoses as they are very handy, saves having to run to the tap to turn water on and off. Only problem is I've had to replace them both as they broke at the ball valve and you can't just replace the ball.”
