“The product comes highly recommended. My personal experience is if all the parts of a starter Lt are separated difficult to know what should be tap end, hose end, connector.. can work it out eventually. Suggestion: (if I ma), these I assume are moulded parts, if so a part number could easily be added making a PIECE easy to identify. I had 2 starter kits and each needed a replacement. The customer service was excellent. I bought Hoselink because it was recommended and is Australian.”
“I have been looking at this product for quite a while and in my usual way I procrastinated. I finally put one on each of my three hose reels. Man, does it make life easier now. “I am a great fan of your products and have almost re-engineered .. a bit pretentious of me ..my watering arrangements. I ordered three of these, saves a lot of time walking back to the tap and gives great flow control …. Yes there is a ‘but’ not sure if they are meant to, but just storing the tried to fit two of the units together using the locking mechanism…I couldn’t get a tight fit …maybe the ‘o’ ring was not pushed in or the two opposing ones are not meant to. Haven’t tested it with flow, wouldn’t need to. Is there an issue? I will persevere with them as intended … this may not be a fair test. Still VERY happy with the brand.”
