“When the product works it’s excellent, very conveniently allows you to contact or stop the flow without returning to the tap. What is disappointing isn’t necessarily that the first one failed… it is that the other one on the hose at the rear had also failed. They have not been mistreated and because we have auto Retic they’re not heavily used, they’ve both burst at where they’re screwed on. This confirms that the initial failure was not a random thing, but possibly some issue with the design. Hoselink advertise their product as a premium item It would be disappointing if I have to order another in that Hoselink would be profiting out of selling an inferior part. If you’re sincere about improving our experience with your product I’d love to get a reply ad to my options c”
“The cap that came with my order is nice and it fits me well. I did not see the rate you will pay me for advertising it on my head.As a freebie for you I have advertised it for 33 mins in Bunnings during which time I encountered 25 customers and annoyed the staff member in the hose fittings section.I presume there is a different rate for wearing it in Bunnings so I await our response with different rates for different ;ocations.RegardsTerry”
