“I like hoselink products. However, I feel the design of the flow control lever leaves if vulnerable to damage (hence the reason for this order). Rather than manufacturing the half loop from plastic, perhaps metal would be a stronger alternative.”
“I have bought several of these over the years. They work well but the on off handle eventually breaks. I reviewed this a few years ago and suggested making the part from metal. I am glad to see that you now sell ( before you didn’t) replacement handles. I bought replacement handles ( which I am pleased to see are a reasonable price) and they work great. Well done.”

“Best idea you’ve had. It makes changing outlet devices so convenient; especially when hose is fully extended or tap is a long way from the outlet end. Also, being able to control the flow at the point of usage is practical, important and convenient. The new design and “less sharp” index tabs are welcome too.”
“The function of the product is good however the quality is poor. I have had 2 pieces with the flow control lever broken. The lever needs to be more robust and the plastic material needs to stand up to UV. It would need to be improved before recommending the product”
