“Your products are a good example of good engineering design well built.However the above flow control could be better designed using a brass or Stainless steel ball so the flow control would be more positive, the handle could also better material to prevent breaking.I have 8 of these flow controls in regular use and while the first units had a very smart swivel coupling included, very useful if you have a hand held spray head or connected to a fixed springler. You have been more than generous in replacing these flow controls I would have been happy with replacement parts. Overall I am very Happy with your service and products.Kind regards Peter Robbers”
“This was to replace the same product that I had for over three years that the plastic control lever broke on. These are great and give total control of the water flow. I have many of the Hoselink products and I wouldn't use anything else.”
“I've bought various items form Hoselink over the years ( hose, and misc connectors) and they have lived up to my expectations , and I will continue to buy the products.... that is, except for the hose connector with flow control. The control lever is obviously too thin to last for any length of time. Mine snapped several years back. I'm extra extra careful when using it now with only the one arm of the lever working. Why the designers and the person who signed off on it, didn't design it to be thicker is beyond me.”
“Deteriorated in the sun and broke very quickly, side screw popped out and making water spurt out of the side deeming it useless. Needs to be made of better material.”
