“I bought 2 new hose connections and neither of them will stay connected to the hose.The old ones ,i stiill cant pull apart .,dissapointing Rrgatds Hillary”
“To be honest, we have had the hose for about 3 years or so now & have not really been that satisfied with it. Although the actual hose & retractor section are fine, the connections & spray gun have all leaked most of the time. My husband is sick of getting his shoes wet when he waters. We have had 2 spray guns, each as bad as the other.. Now that we are locked in we are compelled to keep replacing parts. So disappointing.”
“Good except that I don’t believe I should have paid for a replacement connector aaa in my opinion there is a manufacturing fault with the original connector. Othe than that all good”
“Being able to turn the water flow off from the hose end is so handy for switching nozzles and for connecting/disconnecting from the pressure washer. I have them on the end of all my hoses now.”
