“This was a replacement as the original one burst off but I simply sent a email and a few days later had the new one I love both my hose link hoses great products”
“I have ordered and received a product not fit for my purpose.I was looking for the simplest connection tap to hose and confused myself by looking for something extra, The connectors I have seem to have warped, there are gaps that sends water flying everywhere. I need to roder again.”
“Would be 5 start but for 2 points. (1) As I have a couple of these units and one broke. When I called, it is a known problem and I would have expected they replace both my units as they know its a fault in design and it is likely that my other one will break in the future meaning I will have to go through the whole process again including rewriting a review. (2)The way in which it broke was forceful and actually bruised my hand. Had it been any of my grandchildren it could have been much worse. This is a dangerous fault and the part should be recalled and voluntarily replaced. Below the recommendation is for the new designed replacement part only.”

“All of my hoses and connectives have a swivel connector, I would not have it any other way and hoselink is a leader in the innovation field. it really stops the constant battle with hose coil. Having said that, a brand new one just popped apart and looking at the construction, I believe it needs some tweaking to prevent just that for I am now worried the others will soon pop too. If not for that one instance I would have given 5 stars. Will still recommend Hoselink though, best in its field.”
