“I honestly must have had higher expectations than those delivered. Yes it does untwist the hose, sort of, but it still takes about the same effort if I didnt have the swvel connector. So overall I will give a OK rating,”
“Item was identified on line, filled out purchase form and submitted. Later an email arrived stating the item was on its way, tracing email followed and within a few days the product arrived. Easy simple process. As for the product, it failed from abuse not a design fault.”
