“Couldn't get the hose connector to fit so today I ordered different hose connectors from you in the hope will solve my problem. Found it hard to unravel the hose into an un-kinked version... I am a single 71 year old female, living alone without the help of someone who knows about these things”
“I needed to replace the connection part to my hose. I contacted customer service to check which part I needed as it was difficult to decide. I sent photos of the broken part and asked which of the choices I should buy. Incredibly I was offered the replacement part for no cost. It will be sent to you .....I was told! I think it is above and beyond what the company needed to do. The sprayer had been broken by a workman as he had no idea how to detach it. It was not the fault of the connection and I was quite willing to pay for it but they sent me a new one at no cost! Very grateful Very generous and very unexpected”
“I have been disappointed with the o-ring under the threaded cap on the back of the hose head. I have now had 3 hose heads and all three eventually leak. I have watched the video on how to service the hose head however they all leak.”
“I purchased 2x accessory connectors with swivel on 1st July 2019 and both have failed in the same manner. A friend has also had the same item fail in exactly the same way. I fear there may be a design flaw but hope that the replacements I have just purchased last more than a few months”
Hi Warren, Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments. I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you. With the swivel connection having two moving parts it can break if the gun is dropped onto a hard surface such as concrete. Do you know if this could have happened.
