“I use these on a wand - work wonderfully well, however there is a weakness in design that these keep snapping off just where the swivel is attached to the connector body.Still its worth it to have one on to stop the hose misbehaving.I have a large garden totally use your products and am very happy with them.”

Hi Carol,Thanks for your review and sorry the swivel connection broke.This connection is made up of two moving parts to allow the hose to rotate freely whilst in use. For this reason if it's dropped on a hard surface or the hose is retracted too quickly it can break. We do have a 12 month warranty on this particular fitting.
