“Hose end fittings yellow nut breaks easily and hard to replace.The yellow plastic shut off lever breaks easily.O ring seals on hose end fittings leaks when the slightest side load is applied which always happens when holding the hand nozzle.Fittings don't come off as advertised but as for quality of products cheap K Mart fittings are just as good and cost a fraction of the price.”
Hi John,Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your Hoselink products. We would love to get these sorted for you!If the yellow screw nut is cracking it sounds like it is being over tightened. The lever on the flow controller is something we are aware of and working to improve so hopefully this will be done shortly.I'm guessing there may be a slight gap between the connections if they are leaking when pulled in a certain direction.Could you contact our team and we will discuss what we can do to get this sorted for you?Kind Regards,The Hoselink Team
“Had to replace the connection from the hose to the hose nozzle. Getting the piece out that was inserted into the hose proved to be too difficult and we had to cut it off but otherwise it was great to be able to replace the parts my husband and kids broke with really not that much trouble and hose works as great as ever.”
