“As much as I’d like to say ‘great', because I like all of your quality products, I don’t rate this purchase very highly because all I really wanted was the hose connector, ie. by itself without the tap connector. I couldn’t do this as I couldn’t find this option anywhere in the on-line catalogue. I wanted to buy a couple of straight-out hose connectors (18mm) as I already had the tap connector from a previous purchase order.Not only that, I ordered a separate kit - the 18-12mm converter kit and all I received was another tap connector. (I’ve replied to this as an issue in a separate email.)”

“Replaced existing connection with spare stock but still had leak between o,rings.Replaced those connections with new order but have same problem with leakage between o,rings. Have a another connection elsewhere in factory from a first order some 5-6 years ago and have never had a problem leaking.New connections seem to be made with inferior standards..Can see movement when under tap pressure between the connectors.Thanks in advance for following up this emailArnold BridgeDirector”
