“I found that the 18mm couplings regularly burst due to torsional strain in the hose. It seems that there is too much stored energy in the hose when under static water pressure. It may be different with normal flow out of a hose but under pressure they are not satisfactory. The small plastic inserts into the joints are useless.The 13mm couplings are great..”

We live in a town and getting low on town water.I ordered 18mm hose end connector that I put on to end of our washing machine hose and with the 12mm to 18mm converter. And also I purchased the 12mm hose joiner set, that use to joined to the smaller hose which runs out to the lawn and I can use a sprinkler also.I like it and it worked, and I gave myself a pat on the back. I have already told others about the the joins and showed them.You should have one 12mm hose joiner over.
