“My comment relates solely to the postage cost of over $6.00 to post 3 o-rings (I think the actual cost was very close to $7.00). I wore the cost because I needed the o-rings but they could have been posted to me in a small envelope for $1.00 but instead I got a larger envelope with marketing material enclosed which I could have seen on-line. This arrangement needs urgent attention, as it represents very poor value to customers like me. The product is good so I recommend it but postage very poor.”

If you are just ordering o-rings these can be fit into an envelope/small item delivery and you are able to select this as an option online which is free.
