“I ordered these 2 products order no HL900970 yet you only ask me about the o rings.I meant to order the white rings but you do not sell them individually and do not add any spares when buying your products. And the essential bundle was not sent but the waterwise one was.Not that I am complaining about this but you did ask for a response.So I cannot recommend a firm that sends the wrong product.”

We ordered hose to tap connectors, hose joiners, 4 way brass tap outlet, wand to wash the car,fence etc. the problemis because we’re converting from plug in tap to hose connections, we stillDon’t have all the bits to get it working. I guess I have to see something hands on to understand what you as needed. Perhaps a little kit”So you’re converting from push/plug in connectors to click on - Here’s what you’ll need”....might be helpful for first timers. I’m sure once I can figure out what I need to get it together the products will be great. I’m just so used to going into the hardware shop showing what I have and getting the correct parts that way.”

If you uncouple the fittings you need to ensure you have turned the tap off, squeezed the trigger on the spray gun to release any pressure in the hose, otherwise the o-rings can dislodge.
