“Thank you so much for your prompt and courteous service. The parts were received within a few days of my call but, unfortunately, after fitting the replacement nozzle and new washer and tightening the join, a small spray of water is still emitted where the spray nozzle meets the accessory connector. As the sprayer is slightly different to the older one, perhaps I need a new connector as well to stop the leaking. Kind regards, Carolyn”
