“Very good experience, Notified company of a leak in handle area of spray gun and a spare part was sent out quickly and no charge. Love the products and appear good quality. Gradually changing all my hoses ect over to Hoselink.”
“Getting the spare parts kit was fraught with difficulties, it took 3 postal attempts to get a delivery. The main plunger did not fit the hose gun and appeared very tight, so when the trigger pulled to release the water, when released the spring was unable to return the plunger and stop the water. After many attempts to oil and grease it took a small wire brush to clean the barrel, and slowly over the following days I have learned not to squeeze the trigger to its full extend but only to squeeze it a couple of mm. Then when the tigger is released the water will shut off. There seems to be no allowance to any build up of substances in the barrel which prevent a new plunger from operating correctly. Maybe an even stronger spring?”
“It hasn’t helped the gun from leaking In fact there is no change. It is probably not the issue with the leakage do can’t rate the spare part. Hoselink were excellent in replacing the item to try and fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn’t work”
“After discussion with customer service the solution to our spray gun solutions was to send under warranty, a spare parts kit. It was dispatched on 27 November, nothing arrived and two more -a kegs were dispatched equally with no success, in the end an e-parcel with tracking got through and was delivered on 22 December., so there are a few Sparta parts kits floating still in the postal system!”
“I have 3 of these spray guns but 1 keeps sticking despite dissmantling and lubing the piston and o rings, no problem since replacing all with the service kitcheers, John”
