“Very disappointing in the hardware that was sent to me or the booklet that came with my new hoselink hose. In the booklet it says to drill a 12mm hole but you send 7mm screws. I attached it into the bricks as per the booklet, then I put the hose onto the bracket, and as soon I moved the hose to pull it out the whole mounting component fell out of the wall. I rang hoselink and you replaced the screws with the same size. I would think you'd send different gauge ones. As it turned out I had to drill 10mm holes and use the screws you sent me which were 10 not 7mm. So far it's still in the bricks.”
