“The handyman installed this bracket upside down on a brick wall ( I was not aware it was upside down at the time) and after 3 years it snapped horizontally across the middle between the upper and lower screws and the hose reel fell off the wall. Maybe put an arrow pointing this way up on the bracket for men who dont read instructions? Other than that the hose reel is wonderful. And the customer service person was very helpful and replaced the bracket and was also very observant in that she noticed from my photos that the bracket had been installed upside down.”
