“The additional bracket got delivered, but the screws and washers were loose in the postal package and we only had half of what we need to put it up. I emailed Hoselink about the issue but got no response.”

“I’m glad I got this for my 30m retractable hose reel, and that’s an ace of a product, 20/10 - a must by to everyone!!! � But this wall bracket (additional to the reel purchase), is great, as it comes with the screws/wall feeders which were used to officially have one out the front of property and the other is out the back with hose reel, locked to it, as the back is primarily where I use, but if needed out the front now, I can just transfer the reel unit to other bracket and use beside tap it sits next to when out the front, if washing windows or the very front garden in summer that’s not tap watered directly with tubes/timers. But now that I have this extra bracket out the front, I don’t have just the one out the back to feed over fence around to the front, as I can now use front/back anytime, and be provided the full 30m or double this with other hose on wheels to 60 - almost allows me to do neighbours properties when they’re away!!! � Thanks heaps Hoselink.
