“Unfortunatly, I am unable to recommend this product. I watched the installation video, and followed the steps correctly. However, with the clamps sticking out on 1 side of the hose, it means that in order for the hose to go through the roller guides on the hose reel, the hose needs to be in the correct orientation. This means that if it is not in the correct orientation, it gets jammed. On top of this, when it gets jammed, it has started to damage the heat shrink protecting the join. I expect that this will create a leak over time.”

“The hose reel repair kit is totally useless for my issue as the hose is not leaking. My issue is the outside casing of the hose is scraping back to the core of the hose. I have never had this issue with my previous hoselink hose or any hose for that matter. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I paid for the high flow hose. I am happy to discuss.”
