“Exactly what I needed to repair my hose reel issue of not retracting properly. Wasn't easy to replace but followed the instructions & got the job done. Easier with two people. Reel works perfectly again. Photo attached photo doesn't show what was replaced but where the issue was.”

“I have 4 x 30 metre Hoselink Reels dispersed around our property here in Tasmania. I recently had to contact the office to get some guidance on repair the reel that is most frequently used. 1 only very minor plastic part required replacement. They mailed it to me at no cost and advised me to look at their online video for reference on how to dismantle and re-assemble the reel. I did so and the reel is back to being fully operational. Very helpful staff and great after-sales service. Highly recommended.”
“Nearly all my hose link reals have failed guidance teeth. I’m now in the process of replacing them all. The first tooth arrived in the mail slightly damaged. It doesn’t appear to be very robust. My other branded hose reels are still going strong after many years.”
