“Not quite as good as the 30m hose reel. The 30m hose purchased in 2021 continues to be perfect in every way. The 20m hose reel purchased march 2024 not quite as good because the hose tends to tangle and twist and the grey colour on the reel and spray attachment scuffs easily (softer material?)”

“I purchased the Hoselink in charcoal with lots of options and got it installed (wall-mounted) by Hoselink. It was absolutely fantastic until the hose stopped retracting after a few weeks of light use. I reached out to Hoselink Support but when I read words like "return" rather than "service visit", well, I couldn't handle it in a practical sense. It was a costly solution for me but I bought a replacement Hoselink unit and if all goes well, I hope to become a satisfied customer. I'll need another unit for my front yard when my new fence goes up.”

“Great!! this is our second unit and we are very happy. It would also be great if somehow you could have an attachment so that no one could pinch the hoseconnector when at the front of a house like a coupling that needs a special key to unattach it”
