“I am really disappointed with my new Hoselink reel. After having my first Hoselink for well over 3 or 4 year now and absolutely loving it for its quality and durability i decided to splash out and finally get one for the front of the house too. Its safe to say the quality of this unit is simply not the same. No matter how many times i wind the hose all the way out and correct the re-coil it simply never recoils properly and always just bunches up on one side or in the middle. The product itself feels cheaper and doesn't feed out anywhere near as well as my original reel. After recommending the Hoselink products to everyone i know I'm genuinely disappointed with this result. I hope mine is just a faulty unit and its a once off because i have loved all of my Hoselink products in the past. On another much less problematic note. The functions on the new spray gun seem a bit silly. at least 2 of them are completely redundant and i simply cant think of when they would ver be used.”
