“I bought this hose as the previous Hoselink retractable hose gave up retracting after years of use. I do appreciate the apparent quality of the retractable hose reels but given the high price and that they do eventually stop working and need replacement I am not sure I would recommend them to family or friends.”

“It worked alright for 2 years, it looked good for a year - color started fading after a year. If you are thinking of buying this product, consider buying the original colour.The connectors are the best thing on this set, no leaking. Hose is good and sturdy.The spray gun broke yesterday and it's leaking from the lever after 2 years of light use. I'll have to buy a new one, probably a different model.Winding mechanism is temperamental, sometimes it just stops midway, so it takes a few tries.I don't know if I can recommend this product, it's nice that it doesn't leak from the tap, but I turn the tap off anyway after use. For the price I'd say I'm a bit disappointed that it's already breaking down.”
