“It was a pity you could not (would not) supply the part I required, the internal leader hose link piece that rotates. It was a small part easily removed. But because you would not supply it I had to buy a whole new unit. Good ploy on your part but I won’t forget,, I only bought the new one because you offered a 25% discount agin another good ploy on your part.. I would have been much happier if I could have bought the part I wanted!,”
