“Disappointing and frustrating. The hose retractor after 8 or so years of use, leaks profusely at full stretch and no longer retracts completely. The rose sprinkler is flawed in its design, repeatedly breaking at the swivel neck of the device. The standard spray nozzle control is made from flimsy plastic that has broken after 2 years of intermittent use. The hose itself is ok so I'll disconnect it somehow and continue using it. And the one twist connectors are good, solid bits of gear and will last it would seem. But the other stuff (above) is disappointing and frustrating in its design, materials and longevity.”

“This is the second retractable reel I have purchased. I have bought posts to secure in garden as I rent and did not want to attach to wall. I have also purchased the whole cleaning kit for my windows and extras praying attachments. I would however love to see a storage product for all my attachments. A stand alone option for those who can not secure to a building”
