“Great to see a new design in hose fittings.Good quality plastics.Only problem was I think this was a reconditioned reel.Hose did not retract and there was a small chip in the plastic cover.However I am still happy. I watched the online video for reseating the drive belt and it works well.So if you have problems with the retraction watch the online video.Really happy with the water pressure coming through.”

“This purchase is my second Garden Hose Reel. my first reel which I have had for a number of years is still working perfectly lets hope I can say the same with this new reel. However I do have one issue with the new reel as they now come with a cheap plastic Flow Control Sprayer whereas my old models came with the Spray Gun which is made from steel much more sturdy compared to the new plastic Flow Control Sprayer. The other issue I have with the Flow Control Sprayer is the spray patterns are not as efficient as the Spray Gun.”

“My experience was somewhat disappointing in that the comfort 8 pattern flow control sprayer leaked like a sieve on its first use.
