“Original unit I got was the 30m one. It is a quality, bulletproof, 5-star, pleasure to use product.I then got this black 20m one. From day dot I have found it's retraction strength and consistency by comparison far inferior. Been back and forth with Hoselink via email and posting vids etc. Gist my usage style is the alleged problem. Although I have zero problems using the 30m unit in exactly the same manner. Grrhh.”
“The Hoselink retractable hose reel replaced a competitor’s reel that was always jamming and not retracting properly. The new hoselink hose reel is great and makes hand watering and use so easy, I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking at a new or replacement hose reel.”
“PoorNew house so I got another two new hoses. The new hose guns, drip even when water flow is off. The on/off rubber has come off already, the quality is nothing. My old hoses from Hoselink were great these two are rubbish, a $100 retracble hoses from bunnings would have been better. So dissapointed”
