“I am impressed with the overall purchase, but the Universal Tap Connector malfunctioned. An “O” ring or rubber washer was missing from inside the connector. Also, the dispatch of product to post service took 7-10 days. So, the hose can be out of service for over a month, considering; original purchase dispatch + postage + return postage + slow dispatch + re-postage, for something very small and simple. Spare parts should be available in at least all Australian Metropolitan Areas.”
“Good solid unit. Would benefit from an indicator on hose to show close to full extension. The spray nozzle centre spray is too spread out - should be a more concentrated spot.”
