“We already have. A 30 m and a 20 m cream colored retractable reel . The 30 m is at least 10 yrs old and still going strong . Painted the back patio wall in charcoal so waited for this one to come into stock to blend in . Noticed that it doesn’t spring back as easily as our other ones . I often have to pull it in and out to get the last few meters to retract . If you didn’t already have the other ones you probably wouldn’t notice but the inner mechanism on this one does not seem as robust . If I find the spring back issue gets any worse it will be annoying so would definitely return .”

“Yes excited, You see l haven’t yet opened the carton ! At 74 I’m still gainfully self employed in a ‘water business’ of my own.Sales and service of pumps and tanks., and in all the years I’ve been involved in pumps, tanks, hoses and water, I’ve never found a garden hose or reel as practical and as robust as this one, or I would never have ordered another one. All I need now is to find the time to set up my new reel and enjoy it.”
