“Given I've only had the reel and gun for a few weeks, I'm not going to comment on the longevity of the product, but if the start is anything to go by, I'm not all that confident. The reel casing was obviously assembled without aligning the inner tabs properly. The central join where the hose exit is, was partly split apart and you could see that they forcibly bent one of the inner tabs over due to misalignment, resulting in the two shell halves not meeting cleanly. The gun itself was also leaking and on close inspection it was because the entire front spray selector wasn't seated squarely into the gun. This could thankfully be fixed relatively quickly by disassembling the front of the spray gun and reseating it. It looks and feels like nice equipment but the QA seems disappointing.”
