“My partner and I had seen the ads and heard great feedback from friends and family who already owned a hoselink but we couldn’t justify the purchase while we had hoses that were working fine. I don’t like paying the extra charge for cheese on a whopper so buying an item that cost significantly more than what I currently owned was a big ask. When our last hose gave out it was time to take the leap. I used ozbargain to see if there were any significant discounts and purchased online that evening. I had expected the product to take a week or longer to arrive via mail with everything happening in the world but it was with us in two days - tick #1I opened the box and everything was inside as described - tick #2I am not a handyman as my family will testify. I once mowed the lawn but never had to again after chopping off all the sprinkler heads as I wasn’t aware I had to mow around them. I wanted to install the hoselink myself as it seemed pretty easy and I could show off my newfound labouring skills. After reading the instructions I still didn’t understand but thankfully there is a video link online guiding users how to install which made it easy to see every step and to repeat steps if needed (I needed to several times) - tick #3Our hoselink is now installed and looking great, and more importantly it works brilliantly. “Very pleased with hose reel. A pleasure to use. 4 way tap connector was another matter.Three outlets worked just fine but one outlet had to have a little work Had to use die-grinder just so tap could move enough to shut off.”

Hi Greg, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.If there is a problem with a product that cannot be fixed, we will not tend to get the unit back, however if we have a re-occurring problem that is happening with one in particular product then we will definitely look at having that returned. In your case, it seems there was no need to have the unit sent back to us. We generally recommend cutting the hose out of the unit and using it somewhere else in the garden, trying to save on waste!
