“I love this Hose Reel. I now have one in back and one in front yards. I had an older one, not Hoselink, in the front yard and one day after watering my roses, I tried to retract it and when I pulled it out it just would not go back in. I decided I had enough of this and went straight to my PC and ordered the 20m one and I have been so happy with it. No hauling and pulling, these hose reels just flow back into position. Just remember and cut off the water supply and squirt any water remaining out of the hose before retracting it. Love it.”
