“Excellent overall.I had no problem cutting and fitting the input hose to the correct length and installing the connectors.I also have a 30M Retractable hose reel and tried to shorten the input hose but the connector always blew off after 6 attempts including changing all fittings. I contacted your office and was immediately supplied a new input hose FOC which i connected with the same result. I tried 3 times then decided to immerse the fitting in cold water after the connection fitting procedure and it worked fine. Maybe a thought for your install procedures??”
