“I had a problem with our hose reel a part broke causing it to leak badly I rang up and no questions asked a replacement reel was sent more than exceeded my expectations as it was just out of warranty the new reel leaked at the flow control the moulding was defective I rang again and new fittings were sent no problem this time the original hose has a similar problem as the flow control does not sit flush with the other fittings tried two both leak I have fitted a packing washer under the o ring which has helped I feel that the o rings are a bit soft as they easily deform to fit the groove I will attach a video of the fitting showing the gap between the swivel connector and the flow control. It appears I can’t attach a video so I will send that separately please note that our water pressure is high at least 1,000 kpa”

“Good, so far, however keeping an eye on drip issue in housing/body.Housing screw covers are a bit agricultural (poorly set), but that's just aesthetics for the most part.Commenting on spray gun design, would be great if shower (our most common setting) also had jets internally, not just the outer ring.”
“I love your retractable hose reel but my wife is partially disabled and she complains that the springs are too stiff for her to easily pull out the hose. Also it is very much noisier than our previous hose reel to operate. We like to water quite early in the morning and our neighbours have complained about the noise of the new reel, so I have to pull it out the evening before.”
